Psaume d’Asaph.

1 [Ny amin'ny fivavahana marina sy ny fanatitra sitrak'Andriamanitra] Salamo nataon i Asafa. Andriamanitra Andriananahary, dia Jehovah, no miteny ka miantso ny tany hatramin'ny fiposahan'ny masoandro ka hatramin'ny filentehany.

2 Avy ao Ziona, izay tena fahatsaran-tarehy, no amirapiratan'Andriamanitra.

3 Avy Andriamanitsika ka tsy hangina; afo no mandevona eo alohany, ary tafio-drivotra mahery no manodidina Azy.

4 Miantso ny lanitra any ambony Izy, sy ny tany koa, mba hitsaràny ny olony:

5 Angony etỳ amiko ny oloko masina izay manao fanekena amiko amin'ny fanatitra.

6 Hasehon'ny lanitra ny fahamarinany; fa Andriamanitra no Mpitsara.

7 Mihainoa, ry oloko, fa hiteny Aho; Ry Isiraely ô, fa hanambara aminao Aho; Izaho no Andriamanitra, dia Andriamanitrao.

8 Tsy ny fanatitrao no ananarako anao, ary efa eo anatrehako mandrakariva ny fanatitra doranao.

9 Tsy maka vantotr'ombilahy amin'ny tranonao Aho, na osilahy amin'ny valanao;

10 Fa Ahy ny biby rehetra any an'ala, sy ny biby fiompy arivoarivo eny an-tendrombohitra.

11 Fantatro ny vorona rehetra eny an-tendrombohitra; ary eto amiko ny zava-mihetsiketsika eny an-tsaha.

12 Raha mba noana Aho, dia tsy hilaza aminao; fa Ahy izao tontolo izao sy izay rehetra eo aminy.

13 Hihinana ny nofon'ombilahy va Aho, na hisotro ny ran'osilahy?

14 Manatera fanati-pisaorana ho an'Andriamanitra; ary efao amin'ny Avo Indrindra ny voadinao;

15 Antsoy Aho amin'ny andro fahoriana, dia hamonjy anao Aho, ka hanome voninahitra Ahy ianao.

16 Fa amin'ny ratsy fanahy kosa dia hoy Andriamanitra: ahoana no itorianao ny lalàko sy itondranao ny fanekeko eo am-bavanao?

17 Fa ianao mankahala fananarana, ary arianao eo ivohonao ny teniko.

18 Raha mahita mpangalatra ianao, dia faly hikambana aminy, ary miray anjara amin'ny mpijangajanga.

19 Ny vavanao alefanao hiteny ratsy, ary ny lelanao mamorom-pitaka.

20 Mipetraka miteny ratsy ny rahalahinao ianao, sady manendrikendrika* ny zanakalahin-dreninao.[Na: manosika]

21 Izany no nataonao, nefa nangina ihany Aho, ka dia nataonao fa mitovy aminao ihany Aho! Hananatra anao Aho ka handahatra izany eo imasonao.

22 Mihevera izany ankehitriny, ianareo izay manadino an'Andriamanitra, fandrao hamiravira Aho, ka tsy hisy hamonjy.

23 Izay manatitra fanati-pisaorana no manome voninahitra Ahy; ary izay mitandrina ny lalany no hanehoako ny famonjen'Andriamanitra.

Psalm 50
A Psalm by Asaph.

1 The Mighty One, God, Yahweh, speaks,
and calls the earth from sunrise to sunset.
2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty,
God shines forth.
3 Our God comes, and does not keep silent.
A fire devours before him.
It is very stormy around him.
4 He calls to the heavens above,
to the earth, that he may judge his people:
5 “Gather my saints together to me,
those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”
6 The heavens shall declare his righteousness,
for God himself is judge.
Selah.
7 “Hear, my people, and I will speak;
Israel, and I will testify against you.
I am God, your God.
8 I don’t rebuke you for your sacrifices.
Your burnt offerings are continually before me.
9 I have no need for a bull from your stall,
nor male goats from your pens.
10 For every animal of the forest is mine,
and the livestock on a thousand hills.
11 I know all the birds of the mountains.
The wild animals of the field are mine.
12 If I were hungry, I would not tell you,
for the world is mine, and all that is in it.
13 Will I eat the flesh of bulls,
or drink the blood of goats?
14 Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving.
Pay your vows to the Most High.
15 Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
16 But to the wicked God says,
“What right do you have to declare my statutes, that you have taken my covenant on your lips,
17 since you hate instruction,
and throw my words behind you?
18 When you saw a thief, you consented with him, and have participated with adulterers.
19 “You give your mouth to evil.
Your tongue frames deceit.
20 You sit and speak against your brother. You slander your own mother’s son.
21 You have done these things, and I kept silent. You thought that I was just like you.
I will rebuke you, and accuse you in front of your eyes.
22 “Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you into pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23 Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me,
and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”

Psaume 50
1 Psaume d'Asaph. Dieu, Dieu, l'Éternel, parle, et convoque la terre, Depuis le soleil levant jusqu'au soleil couchant.

2 De Sion, beauté parfaite, Dieu resplendit.

3 Il vient, notre Dieu, il ne reste pas en silence; Devant lui est un feu dévorant, Autour de lui une violente tempête.

4 Il crie vers les cieux en haut, Et vers la terre, pour juger son peuple:

5 Rassemblez-moi mes fidèles, Qui ont fait alliance avec moi par le sacrifice! -

6 Et les cieux publieront sa justice, Car c'est Dieu qui est juge. -Pause.

7 Écoute, mon peuple! et je parlerai; Israël! et je t'avertirai. Je suis Dieu, ton Dieu.

8 Ce n'est pas pour tes sacrifices que je te fais des reproches; Tes holocaustes sont constamment devant moi. 9 Je ne prendrai pas de taureau dans ta maison, Ni de bouc dans tes bergeries.

10 Car tous les animaux des forêts sont à moi, Toutes les bêtes des montagnes par milliers;

11 Je connais tous les oiseaux des montagnes, Et tout ce qui se meut dans les champs m'appartient.

12 Si j'avais faim, je ne te le dirais pas, Car le monde est à moi et tout ce qu'il renferme.

13 Est-ce que je mange la chair des taureaux? Est-ce que je bois le sang des boucs?

14 Offre pour sacrifice à Dieu des actions de grâces, Et accomplis tes voeux envers le Très-Haut.

15 Et invoque-moi au jour de la détresse; Je te délivrerai, et tu me glorifieras.

16 Et Dieu dit au méchant: Quoi donc! tu énumères mes lois, Et tu as mon alliance à la bouche,

17 Toi qui hais les avis, Et qui jettes mes paroles derrière toi! 18 Si tu vois un voleur, tu te plais avec lui, Et ta part est avec les adultères.

19 Tu livres ta bouche au mal, Et ta langue est un tissu de tromperies.

20 Tu t'assieds, et tu parles contre ton frère, Tu diffames le fils de ta mère.

21 Voilà ce que tu as fait, et je me suis tu. Tu t'es imaginé que je te ressemblais; Mais je vais te reprendre, et tout mettre sous tes yeux.

22 Prenez-y donc garde, vous qui oubliez Dieu, De peur que je ne déchire, sans que personne délivre.

23 Celui qui offre pour sacrifice des actions de grâces me glorifie, Et à celui qui veille sur sa voie Je ferai voir le salut de Dieu.
