1 [Fangatahana mba tsy hatao ho naman'ny ratsy fanahy] Nataon'i Davida. Tsarao aho, Jehovah ô, fa mandeha amin'ny fahamarinako aho; ary Jehovah no itokiako, ka tsy miahanahana aho.

2 Diniho aho, Jehovah ô, ka fantaro; izahao toetra ny voako sy ny foko.

3 Fa ny famindram-ponao no eo anoloan'ny masoko; ary mandeha amin'ny fahamarinanao aho.

4 Tsy mba miara-mipetraka amin'ny olon-dratsy aho, na manan-draharaha amin'ny olom-petsy.

5 Halako ny fiangonan'ny mpanao ratsy; ary tsy miara-mipetraka amin'ny ratsy fanahy aho.

6 Manasa ny tanako noho ny fahamarinako aho, ka te-hitoetra eo akaikin'ny alitaranao, Jehovah ô,

7 Mba hanao feo fiderana, ka hilaza ny asanao mahagaga rehetra.

8 Jehovah ô, tiako ny trano itoeranao, dia ny fonenan'ny voninahitrao.

9 Aza mitondra ny fanahiko hiara-maty amin'ny mpanota, na ny aiko amin'ny mpandatsa-drà,

10 Izay misy fitaka eny an-tànany, ary feno kolikoly ny tànany ankavanana.

11 Fa izaho kosa dia mandeha amin'ny fahamarinako; avoty sy amindrao fo aho.

12 Ny tongotro mijoro eo amin'ny tany marina; eo am-piangonana no isaorako an'i Jehovah.

Psalm 26

1 Judge me, Yahweh, for I have walked in my integrity. I have trusted also in Yahweh without wavering.
2 Examine me, Yahweh, and prove me. Try my heart and my mind.
3 For your loving kindness is before my eyes. I have walked in your truth.
4 I have not sat with deceitful men, neither will I go in with hypocrites.
5 I hate the assembly of evildoers, and will not sit with the wicked.
6 I will wash my hands in innocence, so I will go about your altar, Yahweh;
7 that I may make the voice of thanksgiving to be heard,
and tell of all your wondrous works.
8 Yahweh, I love the habitation of your house, the place where your glory dwells.
9 Don’t gather my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men;
10 in whose hands is wickedness, their right hand is full of bribes.
11 But as for me, I will walk in my integrity. Redeem me, and be merciful to me.
12 My foot stands in an even place. In the congregations I will bless Yahweh.

Chapitre 26
1 De David. Rends-moi justice, Éternel! car je marche dans l'intégrité, Je me confie en l'Éternel, je ne chancelle pas.

2 Sonde-moi, Éternel! éprouve-moi, Fais passer au creuset mes reins et mon coeur;

3 Car ta grâce est devant mes yeux, Et je marche dans ta vérité.

4 Je ne m'assieds pas avec les hommes faux, Je ne vais pas avec les gens dissimulés;

5 Je hais l'assemblée de ceux qui font le mal, Je ne m'assieds pas avec les méchants.

6 Je lave mes mains dans l'innocence, Et je vais autour de ton autel, ô Éternel!

7 Pour éclater en actions de grâces, Et raconter toutes tes merveilles.

8 Éternel! j'aime le séjour de ta maison, Le lieu où ta gloire habite.

9 N'enlève pas mon âme avec les pécheurs, Ma vie avec les hommes de sang,

11 Moi, je marche dans l'intégrité; Délivre-moi et aie pitié de moi!

12 Mon pied est ferme dans la droiture: Je bénirai l'Éternel dans les assemblées.
