Salamo 15

Psaume de David.

1 [Ny toetry ny olona izay mahazo monina ao amin'Andriamanitra] Salamo nataon'i Davida. Jehovah ô, iza no hitoetra ao amin'ny tabernakelinao? iza no honina ao an-tendrombohitrao masina?

2 Izay mandeha tsy misy tsiny ary manao izay mahitsy, sady misaintsaina ny marina ny fony;

3 Tsy manendrikendrika amin'ny lelany, sady tsy manisy ratsy ny sakaizany, ary tsy manao izay hahafa-baraka ny namany,

4 Tsy manaja ny ratsy fanahy*, fa manome voninahitra ny matahotra an'i Jehovah; tsy mivadika amin'ny fianianany, na dia maningotra ny tenany aza, [Heb: Ny lavina. Na: Izay mietry sy maniva tena]

5 Sady tsy mampihana ny volany, na mandray kolikoly hanameloka ny marina, izay mitandrina izany dia tsy mba hangozohozo mandrakizay.

A Psalm by David.

1 Yahweh, who shall dwell in your sanctuary? Who shall live on your holy hill?
2 He who walks blamelessly does what is right,
and speaks truth in his heart;
3 He who doesn’t slander with his tongue, nor does evil to his friend, nor casts slurs against his fellow man;
4 In whose eyes a vile man is despised, but who honors those who fear Yahweh; he who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and doesn’t change;
5 he who doesn’t lend out his money for usury, nor take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be shaken.

Chapitre 15
1 Psaume de David. O Éternel! qui séjournera dans ta tente? Qui demeurera sur ta montagne sainte? -

2 Celui qui marche dans l'intégrité, qui pratique la justice Et qui dit la vérité selon son coeur.

3 Il ne calomnie point avec sa langue, Il ne fait point de mal à son semblable, Et il ne jette point l'opprobre sur son prochain.

4 Il regarde avec dédain celui qui est méprisable, Mais il honore ceux qui craignent l'Éternel; Il ne se rétracte point, s'il fait un serment à son préjudice.

5 Il n'exige point d'intérêt de son argent, Et il n'accepte point de don contre l'innocent. Celui qui se conduit ainsi ne chancelle jamais.
