Chapitre 25

3 Enin-taona no hamafazanao ny taninao, enin-taona no hanamboaranao ny sahanao sy hanangonanao ny vokatra;

4 fa ny taona fahafito kosa ho tena fitsaharana ho an'ny tany, dia sabata ho an'i Jehovah; aza mamafy amin'ny taninao ianao, ary aza mamboatra ny sahanao.

5 Aza mijinja izay maniry ho azy avy tamin'ny voa nihintsana tamin'ny fararano lasa, ary aza mioty ny voaloboka avy tamin'izay tsy namboarinao; fa aoka ho taona fitsaharana ho an'ny tany izany.

6 Ary izay maniry ho azy amin'ny sabatan'ny tany no ho hanina ho anao sy ny ankizilahinao sy ny ankizivavinao sy ny mpikarama sy ny vahiny eo aminao

7 sy ny biby fiompinao ary ny bibidia izay eo amin'ny taninao; izay vokatra rehetra eo no hohaniny.

8 Ary manisà sabatan-taona fito ho anao, dia fito taona impito, ka ny hanisanao ny andron'ireo sabatan-taona fito ireo dia sivy amby efa-polo taona.

11 Jobily ho anareo izany taona fahadimam-polo izany; aza mamafy ianareo, ary aza mijinja izay maniry ho azy avy tamin'ny voa nihintsana tamin'ny fararano lasa, ary aza mioty ny avy tamin'izay tsy namboarinareo;

12 fa Jobily izany ka ho masina ho anareo. Izay vokatra alaina any an-tsaha no hohaninareo.

13 Amin'izany taona Jobily izany dia samy hody amin'ny taninareo avy ianareo.

14 Ary raha mivarotra na mividy zavatra amin'ny namanao ianao, aza misy manao sarotra:

15 araka ny isan'ny taona aorian'ny Jobily no hividiananao amin'ny namanao; ary araka ny isan'ny fararano no hivarotany aminao.

16 Araka ny hamaron'ny taona no hampitomboanao ny vidiny, ary araka ny havitsin'ny taona sisa no hampihenanao ny vidiny; fa araka ny isan'ny fararano no hivarotany aminao.

17 Ary aza misy manao sarotra ianareo, fa matahora an'Andriamanitrao; fa Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo.

18 Ary araho ny didiko, ary tandremo ny fitsipiko, ka araho izy; dia handry fahizay amin'ny tany ianareo.

19 Ary ny tany hahavoka-javatra dia hihinana ianareo ka ho voky, ary handry fahizay.

20 Ary andrao ianareo manao hoe: Inona no hohaninay amin'ny taona fahafito? fa, indro, tsy mamafy izahay, na manangona ny vokatray;

21 dia hataoko aminareo ny fitahiako amin'ny taona fahenina, ka hisy vokatra ampy ho anareo amin'ny telo taona.

22 Ary hamafy amin'ny taona fahavalo ianareo ka hihinana ny tranainy mandra-pahatongan'ny taona fahasivy; mandra-pahatongan'ny vao no hihinananareo ny tranainy.

23 Ary ny tany tsy hatao varo-maty, satria Ahy ny tany; fa vahiny sy mpivahiny amiko ianareo.

24 Ary havelanareo ho azo avotana ny tany eo amin'ny tany rehetra izay lovanareo.

25 Raha tàhiny mihamalahelo ny rahalahinao, ka nivarotany ny taniny, dia ho avy ny havany akaiky ka hanavotra izay namidin'ny rahalahiny.

26 Ary raha tsy manan-kavana hanavotra ralehilahy, nefa nambinina izy ka nahazo izay ampy ho enti-manavotra azy,

27 dia aoka hanisa ny taona hatramin'ny nivarotany azy izy ka handoa ny hevitry ny taona sisa ho an'ny lehilahy izay nivarotany azy; ka dia hody amin'ny taniny izy.

28 Fa raha tsy nahazo izay ampy handoavana izany izy, izay namidiny dia mbola hitoetra eo an-tànan'ilay nividy azy ihany mandra-pahatongan'ny taona Jobily; ary ho afaka izany amin'ny Jobily, ka hody amin'ny taniny ralehilahy.

29 Ary raha misy olona mivarotra trano itoerana ao amin'ny tanàna mimanda, dia hahazo manavotra azy izy mandra-pahatapitry ny herintaona nivarotany azy; fa ao anatin'izany no hahazoany manavotra azy.

30 Fa raha tsy voavotra mandra-pahatapitry ny herintaona kosa ilay trano ao amin'ny tanàna mimanda, dia tapaka ho varo-maty ho an'izay nividy azy sy ho an'ny taranany izany; tsy ho afaka izany na dia amin'ny Jobily aza.

31 Fa ny trano ao amin'ny vohitra izay tsy misy manda manodidina kosa dia hatao taha, ka ny tany ihany; ho azo avotana ihany izany, na ho afaka amin'ny Jobily.

32 Kanefa ny amin'ny tanànan'ny Levita, ny trano ao amin'ny tanàna izay ho anjarany dia ho azon'ny Levita avotana ihany na oviana na oviana.

33 Ary raha misy Levita manavotra azy, dia ho afaka amin'ny Jobily ny trano izay namidy sy ny tanàna izay anjarany; fa ny trano ao an-tanànan'ny Levita dia lovany ao amin'ny Zanak'Isiraely.

34 Fa ny tany manodidina ny tanànany kosa dia tsy azo hamidy; fa ho lovany mandrakizay izany.

35 Ary raha mihamalahelo ny rahalahinao izay miara-monina aminao ka reraka, dia vonjeo izy, ka aoka mba ho velona eo aminao tahaka ny vahiny sy ny mpivahiny izy.

36 Aza maka zana-bola na tombony aminy; fa matahora an'Andriamanitrao, mba ho velona eo aminao ny rahalahinao.

37 Aza mampanàna vola aminy, ary aza mampisambotra hanina hahazoana tombony:

38 Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo, Izay nitondra anareo nivoaka avy tany amin'ny tany Egypta, hanome anareo ny tany Kanana, mba ho Andriamanitrareo.

39 Ary raha mihamalahelo ny rahalahinao ka mivaro-tena aminao, aza ampanompoinao toy ny andevo izy;

40 fà aoka hitoetra eo aminao tahaka ny mpikarama sy tahaka ny vahiny izy; mandra-pahatongan'ny taona Jobily no hanompoany anao.

41 Dia ho afaka izy sy ny zanany ka hody amin'ny mpianakaviny sy amin'ny tanin-drazany koa.

42 Fa mpanompoko izay nentiko nivoaka avy tany amin'ny tany Egypta izy ka tsy hamidy tahaka ny andevo.

43 Aza mampanompo azy fatratra, fa matahora an'Andriamanitrao.

44 Ary ny amin'izay ho andevolahinao sy andevovavinao, dia amin'ny jentilisa izay manodidina anareo no hividiananareo azy.

45 Ary amin'ny zanaky ny vahiny eo aminareo sy amin'ny taranany izay haterany eo amin'ny taninareo no hividiananareo koa; ary dia ho fanananareo izany.

46 Ary hataonareo lovan'ny zanakareo mandimby anareo izany ho fananana holovany ka hampanompoinareo mandrakizay fa ny Zanak'Isiraely rahalahinareo dia aza mba ampanompoina fatratra.

47 Ary raha tonga manan-karena ny vahiny izay monina eo aminao na ny mpivahiny, ary ny rahalahinao eo aminy mihamalahelo kosa ka mivaro-tena amin'ny vahiny eo aminao, na amin'ny taranaky ny vahiny;

48 na dia nivaro-tena aza izy, dia azo avotana indray; ny anankiray amin'ny rahalahiny no mahazo manavotra azy:

49 na ny rahalahin-drainy, na ny zanak'olo-mirahalahy aminy, na izay havany akaiky azy amin'ny mpianakaviny no mahazo manavotra azy; kanefa raha tratry ny ananany, dia hanavo-tena izy.

50 Ary dia hisainy amin'izay nividy azy hatramin'ny taona nivarotana azy ka hatramin'ny taona Jobily; ary ny vola nivarotany ny tenany dia hoheverina araka ny isan'ny taona; dia ara-kevitry ny andron'ny mpikarama no hiheverana azy.

51 Raha mbola maro ny taona sisa, dia ara-keviny ihany no handoavany ny avony avy amin'ny vola vidiny teo aloha.

52 Any raha vitsy kosa ny taona sisa mandra-pahatongan'ny taona Jobily, dia hanisa izany aminy izy, ka ara-kevitry ny taona ihany no handoavany ny vola avony.

53 Tahaka izay karamaina isan-taona no hitoerany eo aminy; fa aoka tsy hampanompoina fatratra eo imasonao izy.

54 Ary raha tsy voavotra amin'izay izy, dia ho afaka amin'ny taona Jobily izy sy ny zanany koa.

55 Fa mpanompoko ny Zanak'Isiraely, dia mpanompoko izay nentiko nivoaka avy tany amin'ny tany Egypta: Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo.

Chapitre 25

25:1 Yahweh said to Moses in Mount Sinai, 25:2 “Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you come into the land which I give you, then the land shall keep a Sabbath to Yahweh. 25:3 Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather in its fruits; 25:4 but in the seventh year there shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a Sabbath to Yahweh. You shall not sow your field or prune your vineyard. 25:5 What grows of itself in your harvest you shall not reap, and the grapes of your undressed vine you shall not gather. It shall be a year of solemn rest for the land. 25:6 The Sabbath of the land shall be for food for you; for yourself, for your servant, for your maid, for your hired servant, and for your stranger, who lives as a foreigner with you. 25:7 For your livestock also, and for the animals that are in your land, shall all its increase be for food.

25:8 “‘You shall count off seven Sabbaths of years, seven times seven years; and there shall be to you the days of seven Sabbaths of years, even forty-nine years. 25:9 Then you shall sound the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the Day of Atonement you shall sound the trumpet throughout all your land. 25:10 You shall make the fiftieth year holy, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee to you; and each of you shall return to his own property, and each of you shall return to his family. 25:11 That fiftieth year shall be a jubilee to you. In it you shall not sow, neither reap that which grows of itself, nor gather from the undressed vines. 25:12 For it is a jubilee; it shall be holy to you. You shall eat of its increase out of the field.

25:13 “‘In this Year of Jubilee each of you shall return to his property.

25:14 “‘If you sell anything to your neighbor, or buy from your neighbor, you shall not wrong one another. 25:15 According to the number of years after the Jubilee you shall buy from your neighbor. According to the number of years of the crops he shall sell to you. 25:16 According to the length of the years you shall increase its price, and according to the shortness of the years you shall diminish its price; for he is selling the number of the crops to you. 25:17 You shall not wrong one another; but you shall fear your God: for I am Yahweh your God.

25:18 “‘Therefore you shall do my statutes, and keep my ordinances and do them; and you shall dwell in the land in safety. 25:19 The land shall yield its fruit, and you shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety. 25:20 If you said, “What shall we eat the seventh year? Behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase”; 25:21 then I will command my blessing on you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for the three years. 25:22 You shall sow the eighth year, and eat of the fruits, the old store; until the ninth year, until its fruits come in, you shall eat the old store.

25:23 “‘The land shall not be sold in perpetuity, for the land is mine; for you are strangers and live as foreigners with me. 25:24 In all the land of your possession you shall grant a redemption for the land.

25:25 “‘If your brother becomes poor, and sells some of his possessions, then his kinsman who is next to him shall come, and redeem that which his brother has sold. 25:26 If a man has no one to redeem it, and he becomes prosperous and finds sufficient means to redeem it; 25:27 then let him reckon the years since its sale, and restore the surplus to the man to whom he sold it; and he shall return to his property. 25:28 But if he isn’t able to get it back for himself, then what he has sold shall remain in the hand of him who has bought it until the Year of Jubilee: and in the Jubilee it shall be released, and he shall return to his property.

25:29 “‘If a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it has been sold. For a full year he shall have the right of redemption. 25:30 If it isn’t redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be made sure in perpetuity to him who bought it, throughout his generations. It shall not be released in the Jubilee. 25:31 But the houses of the villages which have no wall around them shall be reckoned with the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall be released in the Jubilee.

25:32 “‘Nevertheless the cities of the Levites, the houses in the cities of their possession, the Levites may redeem at any time. 25:33 The Levites may redeem the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, and it shall be released in the Jubilee; for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel. 25:34 But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

25:35 “‘If your brother has become poor, and his hand can’t support him among you; then you shall uphold him. He shall live with you like an alien and a temporary resident. 25:36 Take no interest from him or profit, but fear your God; that your brother may live among you. 25:37 You shall not lend him your money at interest, nor give him your food for profit. 25:38 I am Yahweh your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

25:39 “‘If your brother has grown poor among you, and sells himself to you; you shall not make him to serve as a slave. 25:40 As a hired servant, and as a temporary resident, he shall be with you; he shall serve with you until the Year of Jubilee: 25:41 then he shall go out from you, he and his children with him, and shall return to his own family, and to the possession of his fathers. 25:42 For they are my servants, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt. They shall not be sold as slaves. 25:43 You shall not rule over him with harshness, but shall fear your God.

25:44 “‘As for your male and your female slaves, whom you may have; of the nations that are around you, from them you may buy male and female slaves. 25:45 Moreover of the children of the aliens who live among you, of them you may buy, and of their families who are with you, which they have conceived in your land; and they will be your property. 25:46 You may make them an inheritance for your children after you, to hold for a possession; of them may you take your slaves forever: but over your brothers the children of Israel you shall not rule, one over another, with harshness.

25:47 “‘If an alien or temporary resident with you becomes rich, and your brother beside him has grown poor, and sells himself to the stranger or foreigner living among you, or to a member of the stranger’s family; 25:48 after he is sold he may be redeemed. One of his brothers may redeem him; 25:49 or his uncle, or his uncle’s son, may redeem him, or any who is a close relative to him of his family may redeem him; or if he has grown rich, he may redeem himself. 25:50 He shall reckon with him who bought him from the year that he sold himself to him to the Year of Jubilee: and the price of his sale shall be according to the number of years; according to the time of a hired servant shall he be with him. 25:51 If there are yet many years, according to them he shall give back the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for. 25:52 If there remain but a few years to the year of jubilee, then he shall reckon with him; according to his years of service he shall give back the price of his redemption. 25:53 As a servant hired year by year shall he be with him: he shall not rule with harshness over him in your sight. 25:54 If he isn’t redeemed by these means, then he shall be released in the Year of Jubilee, he, and his children with him. 25:55 For to me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought out of the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.

Chapitre 25
1 L'Éternel parla à Moïse sur la montagne de Sinaï, et dit: 2 Parle aux enfants d'Israël, et tu leur diras: Quand vous serez entrés dans le pays que je vous donne, la terre se reposera: ce sera un sabbat en l'honneur de l'Éternel. 3 Pendant six années tu ensemenceras ton champ, pendant six années tu tailleras ta vigne; et tu en recueilleras le produit. 4 Mais la septième année sera un sabbat, un temps de repos pour la terre, un sabbat en l'honneur de l'Éternel: tu n'ensemenceras point ton champ, et tu ne tailleras point ta vigne. 5 Tu ne moissonneras point ce qui proviendra des grains tombés de ta moisson, et tu ne vendangeras point les raisins de ta vigne non taillée: ce sera une année de repos pour la terre. 6 Ce que produira la terre pendant son sabbat vous servira de nourriture, à toi, à ton serviteur et à ta servante, à ton mercenaire et à l'étranger qui demeurent avec toi, 7 à ton bétail et aux animaux qui sont dans ton pays; tout son produit servira de nourriture.

8 Tu compteras sept sabbats d'années, sept fois sept années, et les jours de ces sept sabbats d'années feront quarante-neuf ans. 9 Le dixième jour du septième mois, tu feras retentir les sons éclatants de la trompette; le jour des expiations, vous sonnerez de la trompette dans tout votre pays. 10 Et vous sanctifierez la cinquantième année, vous publierez la liberté dans le pays pour tous ses habitants: ce sera pour vous le jubilé; chacun de vous retournera dans sa propriété, et chacun de vous retournera dans sa famille. 11 La cinquantième année sera pour vous le jubilé: vous ne sèmerez point, vous ne moissonnerez point ce que les champs produiront d'eux-mêmes, et vous ne vendangerez point la vigne non taillée. 12 Car c'est le jubilé: vous le regarderez comme une chose sainte. Vous mangerez le produit de vos champs. 13 Dans cette année de jubilé, chacun de vous retournera dans sa propriété. 14 Si vous vendez à votre prochain, ou si vous achetez de votre prochain, qu'aucun de vous ne trompe son frère. 15 Tu achèteras de ton prochain, en comptant les années depuis le jubilé; et il te vendra, en comptant les années de rapport. 16 Plus il y aura d'années, plus tu élèveras le prix; et moins il y aura d'années, plus tu le réduiras; car c'est le nombre des récoltes qu'il te vend. 17 Aucun de vous ne trompera son prochain, et tu craindras ton Dieu; car je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu. 18 Mettez mes lois en pratique, observez mes ordonnances et mettez-les en pratique; et vous habiterez en sécurité dans le pays. 19 Le pays donnera ses fruits, vous mangerez à satiété, et vous y habiterez en sécurité. 20 Si vous dites: Que mangerons-nous la septième année, puisque nous ne sèmerons point et ne ferons point nos récoltes? 21 je vous accorderai ma bénédiction la sixième année, et elle donnera des produits pour trois ans. 22 Vous sèmerez la huitième année, et vous mangerez de l'ancienne récolte; jusqu'à la neuvième année, jusqu'à la nouvelle récolte, vous mangerez de l'ancienne. 23 Les terres ne se vendront point à perpétuité; car le pays est à moi, car vous êtes chez moi comme étrangers et comme habitants. 24 Dans tout le pays dont vous aurez la possession, vous établirez le droit de rachat pour les terres. 25 Si ton frère devient pauvre et vend une portion de sa propriété, celui qui a le droit de rachat, son plus proche parent, viendra et rachètera ce qu'a vendu son frère. 26 Si un homme n'a personne qui ait le droit de rachat, et qu'il se procure lui-même de quoi faire son rachat, 27 il comptera les années depuis la vente, restituera le surplus à l'acquéreur, et retournera dans sa propriété. 28 S'il ne trouve pas de quoi lui faire cette restitution, ce qu'il a vendu restera entre les mains de l'acquéreur jusqu'à l'année du jubilé; au jubilé, il retournera dans sa propriété, et l'acquéreur en sortira. 29 Si un homme vend une maison d'habitation dans une ville entourée de murs, il aura le droit de rachat jusqu'à l'accomplissement d'une année depuis la vente; son droit de rachat durera un an. 30 Mais si cette maison située dans une ville entourée de murs n'est pas rachetée avant l'accomplissement d'une année entière, elle restera à perpétuité à l'acquéreur et à ses descendants; il n'en sortira point au jubilé. 31 Les maisons des villages non entourés de murs seront considérées comme des fonds de terre; elles pourront être rachetées, et l'acquéreur en sortira au jubilé. 32 Quant aux villes des Lévites et aux maisons qu'ils y posséderont, les Lévites auront droit perpétuel de rachat. 33 Celui qui achètera des Lévites une maison, sortira au jubilé de la maison vendue et de la ville où il la possédait; car les maisons des villes des Lévites sont leur propriété au milieu des enfants d'Israël. 34 Les champs situés autour des villes des Lévites ne pourront point se vendre; car ils en ont à perpétuité la possession. 35 Si ton frère devient pauvre, et que sa main fléchisse près de toi, tu le soutiendras; tu feras de même pour celui qui est étranger et qui demeure dans le pays, afin qu'il vive avec toi. 36 Tu ne tireras de lui ni intérêt ni usure, tu craindras ton Dieu, et ton frère vivra avec toi. 37 Tu ne lui prêteras point ton argent à intérêt, et tu ne lui prêteras point tes vivres à usure. 38 Je suis l'Éternel, ton Dieu, qui vous ai fait sortir du pays d'Égypte, pour vous donner le pays de Canaan, pour être votre Dieu. 39 Si ton frère devient pauvre près de toi, et qu'il se vende à toi, tu ne lui imposeras point le travail d'un esclave. 40 Il sera chez toi comme un mercenaire, comme celui qui y demeure; il sera à ton service jusqu'à l'année du jubilé. 41 Il sortira alors de chez toi, lui et ses enfants avec lui, et il retournera dans sa famille, dans la propriété de ses pères. 42 Car ce sont mes serviteurs, que j'ai fait sortir du pays d'Égypte; ils ne seront point vendus comme on vend des esclaves. 43 Tu ne domineras point sur lui avec dureté, et tu craindras ton Dieu. 44 C'est des nations qui vous entourent que tu prendras ton esclave et ta servante qui t'appartiendront, c'est d'elles que vous achèterez l'esclave et la servante. 45 Vous pourrez aussi en acheter des enfants des étrangers qui demeureront chez toi, et de leurs familles qu'ils engendreront dans votre pays; et ils seront votre propriété. 46 Vous les laisserez en héritage à vos enfants après vous, comme une propriété; vous les garderez comme esclaves à perpétuité. Mais à l'égard de vos frères, les enfants d'Israël, aucun de vous ne dominera avec dureté sur son frère. 47 Si un étranger, si celui qui demeure chez toi devient riche, et que ton frère devienne pauvre près de lui et se vende à l'étranger qui demeure chez toi ou à quelqu'un de la famille de l'étranger, 48 il y aura pour lui le droit de rachat, après qu'il se sera vendu: un de ses frères pourra le racheter. 49 Son oncle, ou le fils de son oncle, ou l'un de ses proches parents, pourra le racheter; ou bien, s'il en a les ressources, il se rachètera lui-même. 50 Il comptera avec celui qui l'a acheté depuis l'année où il s'est vendu jusqu'à l'année du jubilé; et le prix à payer dépendra du nombre d'années, lesquelles seront évaluées comme celles d'un mercenaire. 51 S'il y a encore beaucoup d'années, il paiera son rachat à raison du prix de ces années et pour lequel il a été acheté; 52 s'il reste peu d'années jusqu'à celle du jubilé, il en fera le compte, et il paiera son rachat à raison de ces années. 53 Il sera comme un mercenaire à l'année, et celui chez qui il sera ne le traitera point avec dureté sous tes yeux. 54 S'il n'est racheté d'aucune de ces manières, il sortira l'année du jubilé, lui et ses enfants avec lui. 55 Car c'est de moi que les enfants d'Israël sont esclaves; ce sont mes esclaves, que j'ai fait sortir du pays d'Égypte. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu.
