Chapitre 24

1 [Ny amin'ny fanamboarana ny jiro sy ny fanaovana ny mofo aseho] Ary Jehovah niteny tamin'i Mosesy ka nanao hoe:

2 Mandidia ny Zanak'Isiraely hitondra aminao diloilon'oliva tsara voavely hatao fanazavana, hampirehetana jiro mandrakariva.

3 Eo ivelan'ny efitra lamba izay manakona ny Vavolombelona, dia eo amin'ny trano-lay fihaonana, no handaharan'i Arona azy, hatramin'ny hariva ka hatramin'ny maraina, eo anatrehan'i Jehovah mandrakariva; ho lalàna mandrakizay amin'ny taranakareo hatramin'ny fara mandimby izany.

4 Eo amin'ny fanaovan-jiro volamena tsara no handaharany ny lela fanaovan-jiro mandrakariva eo anatrehan'i Jehovah.

5 Ary makà koba tsara toto, ka endaso ho mofo roa ambin'ny folo; roa ampahafolon'ny efaha no hatao mofo iray.

6 Ary mandahara ireo eo ambonin'ny latabatra tsara eo anatrehan'i Jehovah, ka ataovy roa toerana, dia enina avy no iray toerana.

7 Ary asio ditin-kazo mani-pofona madio ny isan-toerana, ka aoka ho eo amin'ny mofo izany ho fanati-pahatsiarovana, dia fanatitra atao amin'ny afo ho an'i Jehovah.

8 Isan-tSabata no handaharany ireo mandrakariva eo anatrehan'i Jehovah; ho avy amin'ny Zanak'Isiraely izany, dia fanekena mandrakizay.

9 Ary ho an'i Arona sy ny zanany izany ka hohaniny eo amin'izay fitoerana masina; fa masina dia masina ho an'ny mpisorona izany avy amin'ny fanatitra atao amin'ny afo: lalàna mandrakizay izany.

10 [Ny amin'ny fampijaliana izay miteny ratsy ny anaran'i Jehovah mbamin'ny valin'ny famonoana] Ary nisy lehilahy anankiray nivoaka nankeo amin'ny Zanak'Isiraely, vehivavy Isiraelita no reniny, fa lehilahy Egyptiana no rainy; ary niady teo an-toby io zanaky ny vehivavy Isiraelita io sy ny lehilahy Isiraelita anankiray.

11 Ary niteny ratsy ny Anarana ilay zanaky ny vehivavy Isiraelita ka nanozona dia nentina tany amin'i Mosesy izy (Sebomita no anaran-dreniny, zanakavavin'i Dibry avy tamin'ny firenen'i Dana izy);

12 ary nambenany izy, mandra-paha-fantany izay ho didin'i Jehovah.

13 Ary Jehovah niteny tamin'i Mosesy ka nanao hoe:

14 Avoahy ho eny ivelan'ny toby ilay nanozona, ary aoka izay rehetra nandre azy hametraka ny tànany amin'ny lohany, ary aoka ny fiangonana rehetra hitora-bato azy.

15 Ary mitenena amin'ny Zanak'Isiraely hoe: Na iza na iza no mamingavinga an'Andriamaniny dia ho meloka,

16 Fa izay miteny ratsy ny anaran'i Jehovah dia hatao maty mihitsy; hitora-bato azy tokoa ny fiangonana rehetra; na vahiny na tompon-tany, raha miteny ratsy ny Anarana, dia hatao maty izy.

17 Ary izay mahafaty olona dia hatao maty tokoa.

18 Fa izay mahafaty biby fiompy dia hanonitra azy: biby solon'ny biby.

19 Ary raha misy obona manakilema ny namany, dia toy izay nataony no hatao aminy kosa:

20 tapaka solon'ny tapaka, maso solon'ny maso, nify solon'ny nify; tahaka ny kilema nataony tamin'ny olona no hatao aminy kosa.

21 Ary izay mahafaty biby fiompy dia hanonitra azy; fa izay mahafaty olona kosa dia hatao maty.

22 Fitsipika iray no hitondrana anareo, na vahiny na tompon-tany; fa Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo.

23 Ary Mosesy niteny tamin'ny Zanak'Isiraely, dia navoakany teny ivelan'ny toby ilay nanozona ka notorahany vato. Ary ny Zanak'Isiraely dia nanao araka izay efa nandidian'i Jehovah an'i Mosesy.

Chapitre 24

24:1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 24:2 “Command the children of Israel, that they bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually. 24:3 Outside of the veil of the Testimony, in the Tent of Meeting, shall Aaron keep it in order from evening to morning before Yahweh continually: it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. 24:4 He shall keep in order the lamps on the pure gold lampstand before Yahweh continually.

24:5 “You shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes of it: two tenth parts of an ephah shall be in one cake. 24:6 You shall set them in two rows, six on a row, on the pure gold table before Yahweh. 24:7 You shall put pure frankincense on each row, that it may be to the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire to Yahweh. 24:8 Every Sabbath day he shall set it in order before Yahweh continually. It is on the behalf of the children of Israel an everlasting covenant. 24:9 It shall be for Aaron and his sons; and they shall eat it in a holy place: for it is most holy to him of the offerings of Yahweh made by fire by a perpetual statute.”

24:10 The son of an Israelite woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel; and the son of the Israelite woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp. 24:11 The son of the Israelite woman blasphemed the Name, and cursed; and they brought him to Moses. His mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan. 24:12 They put him in custody, until the will of Yahweh should be declared to them.

24:13 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 24:14 “Bring out of the camp him who cursed; and let all who heard him lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him. 24:15 You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin. 24:16 He who blasphemes the name of Yahweh, he shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall certainly stone him: the foreigner as well as the native-born, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.

24:17 “‘He who strikes any man mortally shall surely be put to death. 24:18 He who strikes an animal mortally shall make it good, life for life. 24:19 If anyone injures his neighbor; as he has done, so shall it be done to him: 24:20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; as he has injured someone, so shall it be done to him. 24:21 He who kills an animal shall make it good; and he who kills a man shall be put to death. 24:22 You shall have one kind of law, for the foreigner as well as the native-born: for I am Yahweh your God.’”

24:23 Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they brought out him who had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones. The children of Israel did as Yahweh commanded Moses.

Chapitre 24
1 L'Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit: 2 Ordonne aux enfants d'Israël de t'apporter pour le chandelier de l'huile pure d'olives concassées, afin d'entretenir les lampes continuellement. 3 C'est en dehors du voile qui est devant le témoignage, dans la tente d'assignation, qu'Aaron la préparera, pour que les lampes brûlent continuellement du soir au matin en présence de l'Éternel. C'est une loi perpétuelle pour vos descendants. 4 Il arrangera les lampes sur le chandelier d'or pur, pour qu'elles brûlent continuellement devant l'Éternel. 5 Tu prendras de la fleur de farine, et tu en feras douze gâteaux; chaque gâteau sera de deux dixièmes. 6 Tu les placeras en deux piles, six par pile, sur la table d'or pur devant l'Éternel. 7 Tu mettras de l'encens pur sur chaque pile, et il sera sur le pain comme souvenir, comme une offrande consumée par le feu devant l'Éternel. 8 Chaque jour de sabbat, on rangera ces pains devant l'Éternel, continuellement: c'est une alliance perpétuelle qu'observeront les enfants d'Israël. 9 Ils appartiendront à Aaron et à ses fils, et ils les mangeront dans un lieu saint; car ce sera pour eux une chose très sainte, une part des offrandes consumées par le feu devant l'Éternel. C'est une loi perpétuelle. 10 Le fils d'une femme israélite et d'un homme égyptien, étant venu au milieu des enfants d'Israël, se querella dans le camp avec un homme israélite. 11 Le fils de la femme israélite blasphéma et maudit le nom de Dieu. On l'amena à Moïse. Sa mère s'appelait Schelomith, fille de Dibri, de la tribu de Dan. 12 On le mit en prison, jusqu'à ce que Moïse eût déclaré ce que l'Éternel ordonnerait. 13 L'Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit: 14 Fais sortir du camp le blasphémateur; tous ceux qui l'ont entendu poseront leurs mains sur sa tête, et toute l'assemblée le lapidera. 15 Tu parleras aux enfants d'Israël, et tu diras: Quiconque maudira son Dieu portera la peine de son péché. 16 Celui qui blasphémera le nom de l'Éternel sera puni de mort: toute l'assemblée le lapidera. Qu'il soit étranger ou indigène, il mourra, pour avoir blasphémé le nom de Dieu. 17 Celui qui frappera un homme mortellement sera puni de mort. 18 Celui qui frappera un animal mortellement le remplacera: vie pour vie. 19 Si quelqu'un blesse son prochain, il lui sera fait comme il a fait: 20 fracture pour fracture, oeil pour oeil, dent pour dent; il lui sera fait la même blessure qu'il a faite à son prochain. 21 Celui qui tuera un animal le remplacera, mais celui qui tuera un homme sera puni de mort. 22 Vous aurez la même loi, l'étranger comme l'indigène; car je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu. 23 Moïse parla aux enfants d'Israël; ils firent sortir du camp le blasphémateur, et ils le lapidèrent. Les enfants d'Israël se conformèrent à l'ordre que l'Éternel avait donné à Moïse.
