Chapitre 19

3 Samia matahotra ny reninareo sy ny rainareo, ary tandremo ny Sabatako: Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo. 

4 Aza mivily hanaraka ny andriamani-tsi-izy, ary aza manao andriamanitra an-idina ho anareo: Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo.

5 Ary raha mamono zavatra hatao fanati-pihavanana ho an'i Jehovah ianareo, dia ataovy amin'izay hankasitrahana anareo izany.

6 Amin'izay andro amonoanareo zavatra hatao fanatitra sy amin'ny ampitson'ny no hihinananareo azy; fa raha mbola misy sisa tratry ny andro fahatelo, dia hodorana amin'ny afo izany.

7 Ary raha hanina amin'ny andro fahatelo izany, dia ho fahavetavetana ka tsy hankasitrahana;

8 fa izay mihinana izany dia ho meloka, satria nanamavo ny zava-masin'i Jehovah izy, ka dia hofongorana tsy ho amin'ny fireneny izany olona izany.

9 Ary raha mijinja ny vokatry ny tanimbarinareo ianareo, dia aza jinjana avokoa ny eny an-tsisiny; ary aza tsimponina izay latsaka avy amin'ny vokatrao.

10 Ary aza otazana avokoa ny eo amin'ny sahanao, ary aza tsimponina izay latsaka eo amin'ny sahanao; fa avelao ho an'ny malahelo sy ny vahiny izany: Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo.

11 Aza mangalatra, aza mamitaka, aza mifandainga.

12 Aza mianian-tsy tò amin'ny anarako, na manamavo ny anaran'Andriamanitrao: Izaho no Jehovah.

13 Aza manao an-keriny amin'ny zavatry ny namanao na mampahory azy; ny karaman'izay nokaramainao aoka tsy hitoetra ao aminao miloaka alina.

14 Aza miteny ratsy ny marenina na manisy zavatra mahatafintohina eo anoloan'ny jamba; fa matahora an'Andriamanitrao: Izaho no Jehovah.

15 Aza manao izay tsy marina amin'ny fitsarana; aza miandany foana amin'ny malahelo, na mena-maso ny lehibe; fahamarinana no hitsaranao ny namanao.

16 Aza mandehandeha manaratsy eo amin'ny firenenao; aza mitsangana handatsaka ny ran'ny namanao: Izaho no Jehovah.

17 Aza mankahala ny rahalahinao amin'ny fonao; mananara dia mananara ny namanao, mba tsy hahazoanao heloka noho ny aminy.

18 Aza mamaly ratsy na manao lolompo amin'izay iray firenena aminao: fa tiava ny namanao tahaka ny tenanao: Izaho no Jehovah.

19 Tandremo ny didiko: Aza avela hilomy amin'ny hafa karazana noho izy ny biby fiompinao; aza fafazanao voan-javatra roa karazana mifangaroharo ny taninao; ary aza mitafy lamba natao amin'ny zavatra roa samy hafa karazana mifamahofaho.

20 Ary raha misy mandry amin'ny andevovavy izay voafofon'olona ho vadiny, ka tsy voavotra na voavotsotra ho olom-potsy ravehivavy, dia hofaizana izy roroa, fa tsy hatao maty, satria tsy olompotsy ravehivavy.

21 Ary ho entin-dralehilahy ny fanati-panonerany ho an'i Jehovah ho eo anoloan'ny varavaran'ny trano-lay fihaonana, dia ondrilahy iray hatao fanati-panonerana;

22 ary ny mpisorona hanao fanavotana ho azy amin'ilay ondrilahy hatao fanati-panonerana, eo anatrehan'i Jehovah, noho ny fahotana izay nataony; dia havela izany fahotany izany.

23 Ary raha tonga any amin'ny tany ianareo ka mamboly hazo fihinam-boa, dia hataonareo ho toy ny tsy voafora ny voany; telo taona no hataonareo ho toy ny tsy voafora izy ka tsy hohanina;

24 ary amin'ny taona fahefatra dia ho masina ny voany rehetra ka hatao fanatitra hiderana an'i Jehovah;

25 fa amin'ny taona fahadimy vao hihinana ny voany ianareo, mba hitomboan'ny fahavokarany ho anareo: Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo.

26 Aza homana zavatra misy rà; aza manao sikidy na manandro.

27 Aza manety ny sisim-bolon-dohanareo, ary aza manaratra ny vaokanao.

28 Ary aza mitetika ny tenanareo noho ny maty, na manao tombo-kavatsa amin'ny tenanareo: Izaho no Jehovah.

29 Aza mampijangajanga ny zanakao-vavy hampahaloto azy, fandrao hijangajanga ny tany ka ho feno fahavetavetana.

30 Tandremo ny Sabatako, ary hajao ny fitoerako masina: Izaho no Jehovah.

31 Aza mivily hanaraka izay manao azy ho tsindrian-javatra, na mitady saina amin'ny mpanao hatsarana, hahaloto anareo aminy: Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo.

32 Mitsangàna raha eo anatrehan'ny fotsy volo ianao, ka manajà ny tavan'ny anti-panahy, ary matahora an'Andriamanitrao: Izaho no Jehovah.

33 Ary raha misy mivahiny aminao eo amin'ny taninareo, aza manao sarotra aminy.

34 Ny vahiny eo aminareo dia hataonareo tahaka ny tompon-tany aminareo ihany ka ho tianao tahaka ny tenanano; fa efa mba vahiny tany amin'ny tany Egypta ianareo: Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo.

35 Aza manao izay tsy marina amin'ny fitsarana, na amin'ny fandrefesana, na amin'ny fandanjana, na amin'ny famarana.

36 Mizana marina, vato marina, efaha marina, hina marina, no hotananareo: Izaho no Jehovah Andriamanitrareo, Izay nitondra anareo nivoaka avy tany amin'ny tany Egypta.

37 Ary tandremo ny didiko rehetra sy ny fitsipiko rehetra, ka araho izany: Izaho no Jehovah.

Chapitre 19

19:1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 19:2 “Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘You shall be holy; for I Yahweh your God am holy.

19:3 “‘Each one of you shall respect his mother and his father. You shall keep my Sabbaths. I am Yahweh your God.

19:4 “‘Don’t turn to idols, nor make molten gods for yourselves. I am Yahweh your God.

19:5 “‘When you offer a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh, you shall offer it so that you may be accepted. 19:6 It shall be eaten the same day you offer it, and on the next day: and if anything remains until the third day, it shall be burned with fire. 19:7 If it is eaten at all on the third day, it is an abomination. It will not be accepted; 19:8 but everyone who eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the holy thing of Yahweh, and that soul shall be cut off from his people.

19:9 “‘When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest. 19:10 You shall not glean your vineyard, neither shall you gather the fallen grapes of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and for the foreigner. I am Yahweh your God.

19:11 “‘You shall not steal.

“‘You shall not lie.

“‘You shall not deceive one another.

19:12 “‘You shall not swear by my name falsely, and profane the name of your God. I am Yahweh.

19:13 “‘You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him.

“‘The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning.

19:14 “‘You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind; but you shall fear your God. I am Yahweh.

19:15 “‘You shall do no injustice in judgment: you shall not be partial to the poor, nor show favoritism to the great; but you shall judge your neighbor in righteousness.

19:16 “‘You shall not go up and down as a slanderer among your people.

“‘You shall not endanger the life of your neighbor. I am Yahweh.

19:17 “‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.

19:18 “‘You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people; but you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am Yahweh.

19:19 “‘You shall keep my statutes.

“‘You shall not crossbreed different kinds of animals.

“‘you shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed;

“‘neither shall there come upon on you a garment made of two kinds of material.

19:20 “‘If a man lies carnally with a woman who is a slave girl, pledged to be married to another man, and not ransomed, or given her freedom; they shall be punished. They shall not be put to death, because she was not free. 19:21 He shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh, to the door of the Tent of Meeting, even a ram for a trespass offering. 19:22 The priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before Yahweh for his sin which he has committed: and the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him.

19:23 “‘When you come into the land, and have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as forbidden. Three years shall they be forbidden to you. It shall not be eaten. 19:24 But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, for giving praise to Yahweh. 19:25 In the fifth year you shall eat its fruit, that it may yield its increase to you. I am Yahweh your God.

19:26 “‘You shall not eat any meat with the blood still in it; neither shall you use enchantments, nor practice sorcery.

19:27 “‘You shall not cut the hair on the sides of your heads, neither shall you clip off the edge of your beard.

19:28 “‘You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you. I am Yahweh.

19:29 “‘Don’t profane your daughter, to make her a prostitute; lest the land fall to prostitution, and the land become full of wickedness.

19:30 “‘You shall keep my Sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary; I am Yahweh.

19:31 “‘Don’t turn to those who are mediums, nor to the wizards. Don’t seek them out, to be defiled by them. I am Yahweh your God.

19:32 “‘You shall rise up before the gray head, and honor the face of an old man, and you shall fear your God. I am Yahweh.

19:33 “‘If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. 19:34 The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.

19:35 “‘You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in measures of length, of weight, or of quantity. 19:36 You shall have just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin. I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.

19:37 “‘You shall observe all my statutes, and all my ordinances, and do them. I am Yahweh.’”

Chapitre 19
1 L'Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit: 2 Parle à toute l'assemblée des enfants d'Israël, et tu leur diras: Soyez saints, car je suis saint, moi, l'Éternel, votre Dieu. 3 Chacun de vous respectera sa mère et son père, et observera mes sabbats. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu. 4 Vous ne vous tournerez point vers les idoles, et vous ne vous ferez point des dieux de fonte. 5 Quand vous offrirez à l'Éternel un sacrifice d'actions de grâces, vous l'offrirez en sorte qu'il soit agréé. 6 La victime sera mangée le jour où vous la sacrifierez, ou le lendemain; ce qui restera jusqu'au troisième jour sera brûlé au feu. 7 Si l'on en mange le troisième jour, ce sera une chose infecte: le sacrifice ne sera point agréé. 8 Celui qui en mangera portera la peine de son péché, car il profane ce qui est consacré à l'Éternel: cette personne-là sera retranchée de son peuple. 9 Quand vous ferez la moisson dans votre pays, tu laisseras un coin de ton champ sans le moissonner, et tu ne ramasseras pas ce qui reste à glaner. 10 Tu ne cueilleras pas non plus les grappes restées dans ta vigne, et tu ne ramasseras pas les grains qui en seront tombés. Tu abandonneras cela au pauvre et à l'étranger. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu. 11 Vous ne déroberez point, et vous n'userez ni de mensonge ni de tromperie les uns envers les autres. 12 Vous ne jurerez point faussement par mon nom, car tu profanerais le nom de ton Dieu. Je suis l'Éternel. 13 Tu n'opprimeras point ton prochain, et tu ne raviras rien par violence. Tu ne retiendras point jusqu'au lendemain le salaire du mercenaire. 14 Tu ne maudiras point un sourd, et tu ne mettras devant un aveugle rien qui puisse le faire tomber; car tu auras la crainte de ton Dieu. Je suis l'Éternel. 15 Tu ne commettras point d'iniquité dans tes jugements: tu n'auras point égard à la personne du pauvre, et tu ne favoriseras point la personne du grand, mais tu jugeras ton prochain selon la justice. 16 Tu ne répandras point de calomnies parmi ton peuple. Tu ne t'élèveras point contre le sang de ton prochain. Je suis l'Éternel. 17 Tu ne haïras point ton frère dans ton coeur; tu auras soin de reprendre ton prochain, mais tu ne te chargeras point d'un péché à cause de lui. 18 Tu ne te vengeras point, et tu ne garderas point de rancune contre les enfants de ton peuple. Tu aimeras ton prochain comme toi-même. Je suis l'Éternel. 19 Vous observerez mes lois. Tu n'accoupleras point des bestiaux de deux espèces différentes; tu n'ensemenceras point ton champ de deux espèces de semences; et tu ne porteras pas un vêtement tissé de deux espèces de fils. 20 Lorsqu'un homme couchera et aura commerce avec une femme, si c'est une esclave fiancée à un autre homme, et qui n'a pas été rachetée ou affranchie, ils seront châtiés, mais non punis de mort, parce qu'elle n'a pas été affranchie. 21 L'homme amènera pour sa faute à l'Éternel, à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation, un bélier en sacrifice de culpabilité. 22 Le sacrificateur fera pour lui l'expiation devant l'Éternel, pour le péché qu'il a commis, avec le bélier offert en sacrifice de culpabilité, et le péché qu'il a commis lui sera pardonné. 23 Quand vous serez entrés dans le pays, et que vous y aurez planté toutes sortes d'arbres fruitiers, vous en regarderez les fruits comme incirconcis; pendant trois ans, ils seront pour vous incirconcis; on n'en mangera point. 24 La quatrième année, tous leurs fruits seront consacrés à l'Éternel au milieu des réjouissances. 25 La cinquième année, vous en mangerez les fruits, et vous continuerez à les récolter. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu. 26 Vous ne mangerez rien avec du sang. Vous n'observerez ni les serpents ni les nuages pour en tirer des pronostics. 27 Vous ne couperez point en rond les coins de votre chevelure, et tu ne raseras point les coins de ta barbe. 28 Vous ne ferez point d'incisions dans votre chair pour un mort, et vous n'imprimerez point de figures sur vous. Je suis l'Éternel. 29 Tu ne profaneras point ta fille en la livrant à la prostitution, de peur que le pays ne se prostitue et ne se remplisse de crimes. 30 Vous observerez mes sabbats, et vous révérerez mon sanctuaire. Je suis l'Éternel. 31 Ne vous tournez point vers ceux qui évoquent les esprits, ni vers les devins; ne les recherchez point, de peur de vous souiller avec eux. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu. 32 Tu te lèveras devant les cheveux blancs, et tu honoreras la personne du vieillard. Tu craindras ton Dieu. Je suis l'Éternel. 33 Si un étranger vient séjourner avec vous dans votre pays, vous ne l'opprimerez point. 34 Vous traiterez l'étranger en séjour parmi vous comme un indigène du milieu de vous; vous l'aimerez comme vous-mêmes, car vous avez été étrangers dans le pays d'Égypte. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu. 35 Vous ne commettrez point d'iniquité ni dans les jugements, ni dans les mesures de dimension, ni dans les poids, ni dans les mesures de capacité. 36 Vous aurez des balances justes, des poids justes, des épha justes et des hin justes. Je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu, qui vous ai fait sortir du pays d'Égypte. 37 Vous observerez toutes mes lois et toutes mes ordonnances, et vous les mettrez en pratique. Je suis l'Éternel.
