Chapitre 12

1 [Ny lalàna ny amin'ny fanadiovana ny vehivavy velom-bao] Ary Jehovah niteny tamin'i Mosesy ka nanao hoe:

2 Mitenena amin'ny Zanak'Isiraely hoe: Raha misy vehivavy manan'anaka ka tera-dahy, dia haloto hafitoana izy; tahaka ny andro fahalotoany raha mararin'ny fadim-bolany no hahalotoany.

3 Ary amin'ny andro fahavalo dia hoforana ny zaza.

4 Ary telo amby telo-polo andro no hitoeran-dravehivavy amin'ny ràny izay mahadio azy; tsy hanendry zava-masina izy, na hiditra ao amin'ny fitoerana masina, mandra-pahatapitry ny andro fidiovany.

5 Fa raha tera-bavy kosa izy, dia haloto tapa-bolana, tahaka ny tamin'ny fahalotoany ihany koa; ary enina amby enim-polo andro no hitoerany hidiovany amin'ny ràny izay mahadio azy.

6 Ary raha tapitra ny andro fidiovany ny amin'ny zanany, na lahy na vavy, dia zanak'ondry izay iray taona no halainy ho fanatitra dorana sy zana-boromailala, na domohina, ho fanatitra noho ny ota, ka ho entiny eo anoloan'ny varavaran'ny trano-lay fihaonana ho eo amin'ny mpisorona ireo.

7 Ary izy hanatitra izany eo anatrehan'i Jehovah ka hanao fanavotana ho an-dravehivavy, dia hadio tamin'ny fandehanan'ny ràny izy. Izany no lalàna ny amin'ny vehivavy tera-dahy na tera-bavy.

8 Ary raha tsy tratry ny ananany ny zanak'ondry, dia hitondra domohina roa na zana-boromailala roa izy, ny anankiray hatao fanatitra dorana, ary ny anankiray kosa hatao fanatitra noho ny ota; ary ny mpisorona hanao fanavotana ho an-dravehivavy, dia hadio izy.

12:1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 12:2 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘If a woman conceives, and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of her monthly period she shall be unclean. 12:3 In the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. 12:4 She shall continue in the blood of purification thirty-three days. She shall not touch any holy thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying are completed. 12:5 But if she bears a female child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her period; and she shall continue in the blood of purification sixty-six days.

12:6 “‘When the days of her purification are completed, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the door of the Tent of Meeting, a year old lamb for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering: 12:7 and he shall offer it before Yahweh, and make atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the fountain of her blood.

“‘This is the law for her who bears, whether a male or a female. 12:8 If she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take two turtledoves, or two young pigeons; the one for a burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.’”

1 L'Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit: 2 Parle aux enfants d'Israël, et dis: Lorsqu'une femme deviendra enceinte, et qu'elle enfantera un mâle, elle sera impure pendant sept jours; elle sera impure comme au temps de son indisposition menstruelle. 3 Le huitième jour, l'enfant sera circoncis. 4 Elle restera encore trente-trois jours à se purifier de son sang; elle ne touchera aucune chose sainte, et elle n'ira point au sanctuaire, jusqu'à ce que les jours de sa purification soient accomplis. 5 Si elle enfante une fille, elle sera impure pendant deux semaines, comme au temps de son indisposition menstruelle; elle restera soixante-six jours à se purifier de son sang. 6 Lorsque les jours de sa purification seront accomplis, pour un fils ou pour une fille, elle apportera au sacrificateur, à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation, un agneau d'un an pour l'holocauste, et un jeune pigeon ou une tourterelle pour le sacrifice d'expiation. 7 Le sacrificateur les sacrifiera devant l'Éternel, et fera pour elle l'expiation; et elle sera purifiée du flux de son sang. Telle est la loi pour la femme qui enfante un fils ou une fille. 8 Si elle n'a pas de quoi se procurer un agneau, elle prendra deux tourterelles ou deux jeunes pigeons, l'un pour l'holocauste, l'autre pour le sacrifice d'expiation. Le sacrificateur fera pour elle l'expiation, et elle sera pure.A
