Chapitre 45

1 [Teny nasain'Andriamanitra nolazain'i Jeremia tamin'i Baroka] Ny teny izay nataon'i Jeremia mpaminany tamin'i Baroka, zanak'i Neria, fony izy nanoratra ireto teny ireto tamin'ny taratasy avy tamin'ny vavan'i Jeremia tamin'ny taona fahefatra nanjakan'i Joiakima, zanak'i Josia, mpanjakan'ny Joda, hoe:

2 Izao no lazain'i Jehovah, Andriamanitry ny Isiraely, ny aminao, ry Baroka:

3 Hoy ianao: Idiran-doza aho ity! fa nampian'i Jehovah alahelo ny fanaintainako; efa sasatra ny misento aho ka tsy mahita fitsaharana.

4 Lazao aminy hoe: Izao no lazain'i Jehovah: Indro, horavako izay efa naoriko, ary hongotako izay efa namboleko, dia izao tany rehetra izao.

5 Mitady zavatra lehibe ho anao va ianao? aza mitady izany! fa, indro, hahatonga loza ho amin'ny nofo rehetra Aho, hoy Jehovah; fa raha ny ainao dia homeko anao ho babonao ihany any amin'izay rehetra nalehanao.

 

Chapitre 45  

45:1 The message that Jeremiah the prophet spoke to Baruch the son of Neriah, when he wrote these words in a book at the mouth of Jeremiah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, saying, 45:2 Thus says Yahweh, the God of Israel, to you, Baruch: 45:3 You said, Woe is me now! for Yahweh has added sorrow to my pain; I am weary with my groaning, and I find no rest. 45:4 You shall tell him, Thus says Yahweh: Behold, that which I have built will I break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up; and this in the whole land. 45:5 Do you seek great things for yourself? Don’t seek them; for, behold, I will bring evil on all flesh, says Yahweh; but your life will I give to you for a prey in all places where you go.

 

Chapitre 45
1 La parole que Jérémie, le prophète, adressa à Baruc, fils de Nérija, lorsqu'il écrivit dans un livre ces paroles, sous la dictée de Jérémie, la quatrième année de Jojakim, fils de Josias, roi de Juda. Il dit: 2 Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël, sur toi, Baruc: 3 Tu dis: Malheur à moi! car l'Éternel ajoute le chagrin à ma douleur; je m'épuise en soupirant, et je ne trouve point de repos. 4 Dis-lui: Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Voici, ce que j'ai bâti, je le détruirai; ce que j'ai planté, je l'arracherai, savoir tout ce pays. 5 Et toi, rechercherais-tu de grandes choses? Ne les recherche pas! Car voici, je vais faire venir le malheur sur toute chair, dit l'Éternel; et je te donnerai ta vie pour butin, dans tous les lieux où tu iras.
