Chapitre 3

1 [Ny amin'ny raharahan'ny mpitoriteny, sy ny mbola hizahan-toetra azy] Ary izaho, ry rahalahy, tsy nahazo niteny taminareo tahaka ny amin'izay araka ny Fanahy, fa tahaka ny amin'izay mbola nofo, dia tahaka izay mbola zaza ihany ao amin'i Kristy.

2 Ronono no nomeko anareo, fa tsy ventin-kanina, satria tsy mbola natanjaka ianareo; eny, mbola tsy matanjaka mandraka ankehitriny aza,

3 fa mbola araka ny nofo ihany ianareo. Fa raha misy fialonana sy fifandirana eo aminareo, tsy araka ny nofo va ianareo ka mandeha araka ny fanaon'ny olona?

4 Fa raha hoy ny anankiray: Izaho an'i Paoly, ary ny anankiray kosa: Izaho an'i Apolosy, moa tsy olona ihany va ianareo?

5 Koa inona moa Apolosy, ary inona moa Paoly? Mpanompo ihany izay nahatonga anareo ho mpino ireo, dia samy araka ny nomen'ny Tompo azy avy.

6 Izaho namboly, Apolosy nandena, fa Andriamanitra no nampitombo.

7 Ka dia tsinontsinona izay mamboly, na izay mandena, fa Andriamanitra Izay mampitombo no izy.

8 Ary iray ihany ny mpamboly sy ny mpandena; nefa samy handray izay valim-pitiany avy araka ny fisasarany izy.

9 Fa mpiara-miasa amin'Andriamanitra izahay; ary sahan'Andriamanitra sy trano arafitr'Andriamanitra ianareo.

10 Araka ny fahasoavan'Andriamanitra nomena ahy, tahaka ny fanaon'ny mpità-marika mahay no nanaovako ny fanorenana, ary ny hafa mandrafitra eo amboniny; nefa aoka ny olona rehetra hitandrina izay arafiny eo amboniny.

11 Fa tsy misy mahay manao fanorenana hafa afa-tsy izay natao, dia Jesosy Kristy.

12 Ary raha misy mandrafitra volamena, na volafotsy, na vato tsara, na hazo, na bozaka, na mololo, eo ambonin'ny fanorenana,

13 dia haseho avokoa ny asan'ny olona rehetra; fa ny andro no hampiseho azy, satria haseho amin'afo izany andro izany*, ka dia hozahan-toetra, amin'ny afo ny asan'ny olona rehetra. [* Na: izany]

14 Raha maharitra ny asan'ny olona, izay narafiny teo amboniny, dia handray valim-pitia izy.

15 Raha ho levon'ny afo ny asan'ny olona, dia ho fatiantoka izy; fa ny tenany kosa dia hovonjena, nefa toy ny avy ao amin'ny afo ihany izy.

16 Tsy fantatrareo va fa tempolin'Andriamanitra ianareo, ary ny Fanahin'Andriamanitra mitoetra no anatinareo?

17 Raha misy manimba ny tempolin' Andriamanitra, dia mba hosimban'Andriamanitra kosa izy; fa masina ny tempolin'Andriamanitra, dia ianareo izany*. [* Na: dia masina koa ianareo]

18 Aza misy mamita-tena. Raha misy eo aminareo manao azy ho hendry amin'izao tontolo izao, aoka ho adala izy mba ho hendry.

19 Fa ny fahendren'izao tontolo izao dia fahadalana eo anatrehan'Andriamanitra; fa voasoratra hoe: Ny hafetsen'ny hendry ihany no entiny misambotra azy (Joba 5. 13).

20 Ary indray: Jehovah no mahalala ny hevitry ny hendry fa zava-poana izany (Sal. 94. 11)

21 Ka dia aza misy manao olona ho reharehany; fa anareo ny zavatra rehetra:

22 na Paoly, na Apolosy, na Kefasy, na izao tontolo izao, na fiainana, na fahafatesana, na ny zavatra ankehitriny, na ny zavatra ho avy; dia anareo izany rehetra izany;

23 ary ianareo an'i Kristy ary Kristy an'Andriamanitra.

Chapitre 3

1 Brothers, I couldn’t speak to you as to spiritual, but as to fleshly, as to babies in Christ.

2 I fed you with milk, not with meat; for you weren’t yet ready. Indeed, not even now are you ready,

3 for you are still fleshly. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, aren’t you fleshly, and don’t you walk in the ways of men?

4 For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” aren’t you fleshly?

5 Who then is Apollos, and who is Paul, but servants through whom you believed; and each as the Lord gave to him?

6 I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase.

7 So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.

8 Now he who plants and he who waters are the same, but each will receive his own reward according to his own labor.

9 For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s farming, God’s building.

10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another builds on it. But let each man be careful how he builds on it.

11 For no one can lay any other foundation than that which has been laid, which is Jesus Christ.

12 But if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, or stubble;

13 each man’s work will be revealed. For the Day will declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will test what sort of work each man’s work is.

14 If any man’s work remains which he built on it, he will receive a reward.

15 If any man’s work is burned, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, but as through fire.

16 Don’t you know that you are a temple of God, and that God’s Spirit lives in you?

17 If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, which you are. 3:18 Let no one deceive himself. If anyone thinks that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise.

3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He has taken the wise in their craftiness.”*

Chapitre 3
1 Pour moi, frères, ce n'est pas comme à des hommes spirituels que j'ai pu vous parler, mais comme à des hommes charnels, comme à des enfants en Christ.

2 Je vous ai donné du lait, non de la nourriture solide, car vous ne pouviez pas la supporter; et vous ne le pouvez pas même à présent,

3 (2) parce que vous êtes encore charnels. (3) En effet, puisqu'il y a parmi vous de la jalousie et des disputes, n'êtes-vous pas charnels, et ne marchez-vous pas selon l'homme?

4 Quand l'un dit: Moi, je suis de Paul! et un autre: Moi, d'Apollos! n'êtes-vous pas des hommes?

5 Qu'est-ce donc qu'Apollos, et qu'est-ce que Paul? Des serviteurs, par le moyen desquels vous avez cru, selon que le Seigneur l'a donné à chacun.

6 J'ai planté, Apollos a arrosé, mais Dieu a fait croître,

7 en sorte que ce n'est pas celui qui plante qui est quelque chose, ni celui qui arrose, mais Dieu qui fait croître.

8 Celui qui plante et celui qui arrose sont égaux, et chacun recevra sa propre récompense selon son propre travail.

9 Car nous sommes ouvriers avec Dieu. Vous êtes le champ de Dieu, l'édifice de Dieu.

10 Selon la grâce de Dieu qui m'a été donnée, j'ai posé le fondement comme un sage architecte, et un autre bâtit dessus. Mais que chacun prenne garde à la manière dont il bâtit dessus.

11 Car personne ne peut poser un autre fondement que celui qui a été posé, savoir Jésus-Christ.

12 Or, si quelqu'un bâtit sur ce fondement avec de l'or, de l'argent, des pierres précieuses, du bois, du foin, du chaume,

13 (12) l'oeuvre de chacun sera manifestée; (13) car le jour la fera connaître, parce qu'elle se révèlera dans le feu, et le feu éprouvera ce qu'est l'oeuvre de chacun.

14 Si l'oeuvre bâtie par quelqu'un sur le fondement subsiste, il recevra une récompense.

15 Si l'oeuvre de quelqu'un est consumée, il perdra sa récompense; pour lui, il sera sauvé, mais comme au travers du feu.

16 Ne savez-vous pas que vous êtes le temple de Dieu, et que l'Esprit de Dieu habite en vous?

17 Si quelqu'un détruit le temple de Dieu, Dieu le détruira; car le temple de Dieu est saint, et c'est ce que vous êtes.

18 Que nul ne s'abuse lui-même: si quelqu'un parmi vous pense être sage selon ce siècle, qu'il devienne fou, afin de devenir sage.

19 Car la sagesse de ce monde est une folie devant Dieu. Aussi est-il écrit: Il prend les sages dans leur ruse.

20 Et encore: Le Seigneur connaît les pensées des sages, Il sait qu'elles sont vaines.

 21 Que personne donc ne mette sa gloire dans des hommes; car tout est à vous,

22 soit Paul, soit Apollos, soit Céphas, soit le monde, soit la vie, soit la mort, soit les choses présentes, soit les choses à venir. (23) Tout est à vous;

23 et vous êtes à Christ, et Christ est à Dieu.
